If an employee is not growing professionally, he or she would want to quit the job. Similarly, if an employee thinks that there is no work-life balance, he or she will consider switching jobs. When every employee feels personally appreciated and sees a good career path for the future, he or she will be more willing to go the extra mile for the company and be more loyal to an organization.
